I've been working on a plan to enact the full BiblePay DAO, the Decentralized Autonomous Organization that we always intended to have, but was a little delayed in the official start due to the legal decisions required for "The BiblePay Foundation", tax exempt laws and tax-id laws among other things.
At this point it appears we have all of the info necessary to form 'The BiblePay Foundation'. This will be a piece of the BiblePay DAO that performs certain functions that are considered hard to do without having a legal entity (things that require a tax-id number) such as taxes and crypto-to-fiat liquidations.

My next step is to create a Sanctuary Vote for this, so we can vote this in to make it official.
If it is voted in, I will then file our BiblePay Foundation Tax-ID number and non-profit Texas Corporation documents.
Going forward over the long term we plan to pay our vendors with BiblePay Foundation checks attached to the BiblePay Foundation bank.
If anyone has any recommended changes or additional controls or concerns please let us know.
All boardmembers will have official Biblepay.org exchange e-mail addresses.

Got a message from Ovidiu the Rosetta whale this morning, he has such a high RAC (8.4 million) - and I explained it will cost him 167.9 million bbp to receive the full reward and even at our minimum 5% threshhold, 8,350,000 bbp stake to receive anything.

Calm down little boy.. It was just a test thats the reason why i sent only 1k. Its nothing. Regarding you, ccex bbp should be now in some state between normal and maintenance. In maintenance without maintenance flag. And regarding wallet I think 1k bbp are not lost. They are in the destination wallet. When ccex make update bbp will be there. Bye.
But what im wondering on one hand ccex should be in full mode now why we dont have maintenance flag when there is still update missing and deposits are not allowed now.
It's not lost; CCEX is in maintenance, they just forgot to put up the maintenance flag. I believe what they did is stopped the daemon when I skyped them but didnt have time to officially update the database flag.
The BBP sent on the latest version is never lost, you have the TXID. It will be picked up when they upgrade and sync and then be credited.
The only BBP lost is BBP mined on a fork. Once you upgrade, those coins dissapear.

On #7, we were working with an attorney on this at one point for another initiative and he considered this currency a utility not a security. But we need to pay him to put it in writing, this was during the conference call.

How long has it been since you executed the podcupdate?
Also, go to your wallet > Tools > Debug console and enter/run this command: exec getboincinfo
Post the results here in the forum.

$170,000 listing fee is pretty steep at this point in the life of the coin.
Since we're not an Ethereum style coin, we don't in the normal sense have "smart contracts" but a legal opinion that we were not a security might be affordable and worth the cost. The incorporation of BBP has been discussed and probably needs to be thought about to have an owner for the IP (since, for example, I am still the legal owner of the logos from the logo contest, which is not ideal but for now we can live with).

1) Certificate of incorporation in PDF file : Incorporation will require community discussion and a proposal approved by BBP MN governance.
2) Legal opinion that Token is not a security: We need an attorney experienced in crypto matters for this. Does anyone know a lawyer willing to render an opinion either pro bono or for a reasonable fee?
3) Smart contract audit report completed by established provider (ex. Quantstamp, Zeppelin, New Alchemy, etc): I don't what this involves, can someone provide guidance in this area?
