It is very easy to open scam accusation but it doesn't mean that is true.

Bibox is a legit exchange, delays can happen. But, i don't know how their customer services are, maybe they are understaff or something.

I think there is just a problem from there end. if not try to contact them through twitter or telegram

Except that they were not able to do the due diligence for their Orbit Launchpad and listed a coin stealing our ticker.

Tried to contact them via email, no answer.
Contacted them via Twitter and no answer.
Contacted them via Telegram and got banned.

FOR is and will stay the ticker of Force Network.
We claimed it in November 2017 (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ann-force-network-for-wallet-371-available-now-mn-governance-coming-soon-2359378)

I would not trust an exchange helping scammers and acting like them.

Avoid any confusions with unrelated projects using our FOR ticker, the real one is listed on @CoinMarketCap.

I do not know. I've been trading on BIBOX since November and everything was fine. There have never been serious delays and problems.

Bibox would not be scam. But their websites terrible and lots of bugs exist. So i couldn't trust them and store balance on this website. Can be used just trading if a coin doesn't exist on well known trading websites.

Now I've created and account.

First I've tried to enable google authentication. But QR code box never shown up until 6 refresh the page and several browser close/reopen. Now i can't log off the website. When i clicked the log out no response.

Btw i'm using  google chrome.

It's not scam!!!   This issue is quite often with any!!! exchanges.   Poloniex, Cryptopia, kraken, cobinhood(terrible experience!!! stay away from this exchange!!!) ......
I sent ETH to BIBOX and waited and waited... 6Hrs later I sent an email and received the fund to my account within a minute. (I was surprised how fast they responded)
Luckily the price hasn't changed the coin that I wanted buy.
When you get conformed from the blockchain explorer, you need to check your account and if order hasn't put thru, then email them right a way for the solution. Cheesy

i sent  2 hours ago some ETH.
checking TX HASH it appears as confirmed! "SUCCESS" .. so shouldn't it appear automatically  balance in my ETH acocunt int BIBOX?
i think i have been scammed. so be carefull guys

i personally do not think it is a scam exchange. They however almost completely copied the binance idea, so in that aspect they could have done better

Seems a common problem for newer exchange these days. My transfer to COSS waited a long time before it appeared in my account. The last time I checked on the blockchain explorer before going to bed, it had 86 confirmations already. So it was definitely a problem with the exchange.

I got an issue at bittrex in November - when I made sell or buy of ethereum, my wallet was immediately making opposite operation, lol.
For example, I'm selling some ETH for 0.03 BTC, my account immediately buy back it for 0.032 lol. They are working on this issue till now.
So 2 hours it's nothing

When will people learn and check if wallets of exchanges are out of sync and/or network congestion before sending money to exchanges and then waiting on nothing?

Seriously though just use LTC, which should be both the cheapest(in fees) and fastest(in tx time) of the mainstream coins to make your exchange withdrawals and you ll avoid 99% of those issues. I see people complaining about ETH deposits in smaller exchanges while I transact in the same exchanges within minutes using LTC...
Thanks, I didn't know this.

Something is wrong here. The official description of the exchange is: "Bibox is a crypto-currency exchange launched by former employees of OKCoin and HuoBi through ICO in October 2017. It uses advanced technologies that allow it to serve up to 10 million users and process millions of orders per second."
Then copied the combined UI of KuCoin and Binance  Cheesy

Same for me

i sent an ether in to an address that i already used for Bibox and they didn't credit it. and i can now see that they have sent it from that address to an address with 5 million in ether and 4 million in tokens

From reading a bit on the Telegram channel it doesnt seem to be a scam. Seems like they are helping people who got issues with the platform through the telegram channel. As its a very new exchange I think that issues at the start are kind of normal, give them some space. Patience is a virtue! From what I have seen so far, Bibox is legit and makes a good impression to me.

I doubt Bibox are trying to scam you, there's more money to be made in running an exchange than scamming deposits.  It's likely just network congestion.

Although I'd never trade with Bibox their website is shady.
