Well, black friday is here, I'm ready to see what happens.
Ever since I got out of bed today it went up by a couple of dollars.

Saturday is here and the price seems to be holding.
That is good for us.  Smiley

Current price $355 is this normal or blackfriday has something to get price highs a bit

The price movement is quite odd, I would assume that most people who have fiat would be putting that to buying christmas gifts. Dumping btc etc.

Yep there is so many shopping site offers discounts and promotions to celebrate blackfriday, so there is no way theyll buy btc instead gadgets or any physical items

It all depends on the mood of the players. If it is not spoiled bad news we may see a good rise on Black Friday Wink

Does anyone have a solid data on btc price movement around past Black Fridays?
well before we have seen it go upto 1000 near black friday, im not sure if black friday was the reason it happened or just a coincidence.

personally i don't expect the price to go down after black fridays over. if people bought coins to spend em online, i doubt they would just say fuck it im selling the coins back.

Last year, the price started falling after Black Friday, and didn't stop until $166 Sad

I got my hopes set for that, that doesn't happen this year, hopefully. I do expect it to fall a bit but it has also risen today for a bit. The day is not over yet so I'm expecting that if it does fall down that we can take a hit.

I think the end result will be that we have new floor set, which will be nice to see us having an uptrend versus a downtrend of course.

There price has increased from $320 to $350. If the same pattern continue's until black friday we might be an increase in the price.
maybe we will see price more than $350 because affect black friday but i dont think we can touch $400 maybe in around $380-390

If breack 400$ and stay over there for at least a week, it could be really a good bullish signal.

Yeap!! Its going up right now and with regular intervals it will show some chances of hitting $500++.I really wish it does go high beyond $700+.Looks like the Black Friday Myth is coming true! Yay!

If we spend a lot of bitcoin to buy goods and do not buy back the coins we spend, there is a chance of price drop.

This certainly happened last November. Around this time last year, Bitcoin was around $350. After the holidays were over it plunged to $167.

The main difference right now is the block halving. We didn't had any one thinking about it as it was still far away back then. It will definitely not go sub $200 anymore, unless a flash crash is happening or several large exchanges get hacked and a lose a lot coins as result. If that doesn't happen, then we'll be heading up like a boss.
