My opinion, yes. I think bitcoin especially at or maybe after halving can increased. Or at least $10000 can be target if people want to buy on this current price. But this is only opinion because before you make investment, you must know risk behind it is lose and you can lose some of your money.

-It depends if your do like to day trade then do it but if you dont know nothing then better to hold

Currently, the status of bitcoin is not that good but it is a good time to buy some of it already. You should also know that bitcoin halving is near and that could boost its value as soon as it happens so you better start investing now while the value is still not high. I would suggest you commit to a long term investment because bitcoin has a very volatile value which means you cannot expect to see the result you are long for always, you need to be patient and have perseverance.

It will still depend on the market condition, if bitcoin goes up again then you will earn more but if its not then expect a big losses as well. As an investor try to know the risk level if bitcoin, for me if I buy right now I will play long term and wait for the new ATH again, but if you can’t play like this then learn how the trading works.

That was the pretty good thing that you have been think, in which invrsting to bitcoin right now is one of the very best thing to do because just like what you have been said the market value or price of the bitcoin right now is very cheap and meaning you can buy a lot of bitcoin right now as long as you have the fund because the time's like this is probably the best time to invest in bitcoin because when the pump up came again and you already have the huge amount of bitcoin that you have been hold for a long time ago and those bitcoins thst you have, are just buy in the cheapest amount then probably that's the time that you will earn your profit. Just be mature enough not to worry whenever the price of bitcoin dump because it is normal as the fluctuating goes this way.

It all depends upon your choice and your budget when to cash out and with the halving coming up i am expecting more investors coming up to invest in the coin to make a quick profit and if you are able to invest at a good price and have the patience to hold for a couple of years then there is no doubt that you can make a good profit, just stick to the basics by not selling your coins in a panic and always look to sell off at a profit and you will get plenty of time in the next two years to sell off at a profit.

If you have considered all the possibilities and think that investing in Bitcoin will bring you profit then I think it is fine to do it. Just make sure you are in for a long hold since Bitcoin price sometimes crash then recover. Aim your target selling point and when bitcoin price hit it, sell with no regret, do not be too greedy.

If I were to suggest, I'd call it a buy time as the prices are low and Bitcoin and related coins have always showed a rise in price around the halving. Bitcoin is having a halving in May 2020.
