Yes, all of the winner are real. The admin(wetsuit) of freebitco.in create this thread and ask his 20$ and 200$ winner to post here by a message on the site. And he gives the winner extra 5$ bonus for posting here. As all of the freebitco.in users are not member here and Freebitco.in has more user than bitcointalk.org. So you can found most(~all) of the winners are newbie.
