I am so sorry (really) to hear that your account was hacked. Unfortunately, there is nothing they can do. Regretfully, all I can do is to sympathise and request that you secure your account with 2FA. I had my account hacked and I lost access to the account in 2013 but it wasn't Freebitco.in's fault. Someone hacked my email and they took complete control of my freebitco.in account and the email address. There was no 2FA in those days. I lost 0.103 BTC but at the time it wasn't worth as much.

How do I post an image? I uploaded a screenshot to Post Image and then used the "Insert Image" icon above, (It displays img /img in square brackets) but the post displays the link and not the jpeg. I tried this once before and didn't get the reward because it showed the link and not the picture.
I tried to search for directions to post a jpeg to no avail.
Please help.
