everyone has own story of loss because as long as we keep gambling can not avoid loss.My biggest loss in single session or bet was 0.20 BTC which I tried to double on dice site.Unfortunately result brought me zero bank roll in the end.
because I was only a minor player, and not bet too big. so my biggest loss was 0.05 in a dice game with a single bet.
I cant say what is my total loss because i am lossing every day at lottery and i am starting buying ticket from lottery since 2011..
But if here in bitcoin gambling i think biggest loses for me is 0.2 as of now.. i cant bet large amount in online..

0.2 BTC big enough for one bets. I've lost 0.14 BTC in one bet it was very painful
I one time lost 2 Bitcoins with gambling and I regret it without a doubt. The thing with Bitcoins is that it looks like it is nothing because the number is so low and then I am tended to play more. But I have to remind my self that these coins are worth allot.
My biggest loss was 1.6BTC on Primedice, and it was in just 30sec. A bad red row in a martingala strategy was the cause!

no doubt most of gamblers are experienced more losses than win and almost impossible for me to count all that losses , i my self lately in 2016 lost 0.5 almost every month in blackjack live casino to try the luck after payday , and only 2 times get doubled from 5 try. fortunately i covered all losses in 2016 through sports betting. 3 BTC starting with like 0.01 in progressive slots I think, it made me feel like an idiot for several days, because I could have made 3 BTC out of 0.01 BTC initial gamble, but I was too greedy, this is what happens when you don't know when to stop, but at least it's never a tragedy because I never gamble more than 0.01 BTC to guarantee that I don't lost my long term position in Bitcoin in a stupid way.

my biggest lost in single bet is .35 btc my session ended in 5 seconds lol, it was long ago though.
. At dice? I usually just bet using the small amount given out by the faucet on those sites.Mine was 0.009btc on a HYIP investment site when I was first starting out in bitcoin.
But now I have learned that those sites don't give you anything back and just are in it to profit from you instead with their lies and deceptive practices.
