Highest Ive seen someone win was over 1btc on a 1250x multiplier, he also has also hit that multiplier over 10 times now.

on 1250x you have a 0.07% chance to win. which is 1 win in every ~1500 rolls besides there is no guarantee to win even if you roll 1500 times so he must have played for thousands of games to win 10 times which means no profit because you will lose the same amount in those thousands of rolls combined.
Your math is a bit off you have a chance to hit that first roll the odds are against you but it can happen.
In two days i hit 200x over 80x's an 1250 over 6times, an over the last few months way more then 200times ive hit it.
Tho not always with high amounts, the point of odds is that they're random.
If you have a mirrored line your odd are increased by half an every bit dropped is also a decrease in odds each round.
Also im pretty sure engineer walked away with profit.

1250x only have .00152% on each slot, much lower than your computation and hitting that multiple times in bitvest is not near to impossible coz of the help by auto betting scrypt, faucet and multiple drops, that is way easier to hit
