As long as you have an escrow, which they do, holding extra funds, then the signature campaign will have people join.

You can pay directly, that isn't so hard either. Why would you want to have the option which might cause some unhappiness among your users? Your rates are complicated and very low as it is, you should be trying to make up for it by making it easy for the users.
We pay in your BikiniDice account and we think that this is the best way for us and for yours. Listen, my rates are not complicated, I ask for some quantity of messages, if you're able to respect my terms you will not have any problem.

Signature campaigns shouldn't be users' main income, but I understand what you mean. Bikinidice has the right to pay wherever they want as it is their advertising campaign.
They certainly are well within their rights to pay wherever they want. They were told that users prefer direct pay and they asked why.

Your rates system is confusing 
Why don't you use pay / post & require 25% total posts in gambling section ?
And, most likely only active player at bikinidice will join your signature
