Never heard of it so obviously, I can't comment on this veracity, however, based on the comments above, it seems the some of the traders have used it in the past and didn't have any problems. But it doesn't mean that it is not a shady exchange, remember every exchange has the capability to run of users funds in an instant. So personally, I would stay with it and would go after exchanges that already build their reputation in the cryptosphere, IMHO.

bilaxy is undoubtedly a legit exchange but recently people have been spreading bad news about it because Bilaxy usually lists hot projects before those are listed on the official exchange. Bilaxy only has this problem, besides it is a good exchange with good volume. Yes. I have traded on this exchange twice in times past and from my little observation i don't think it is a scam exchange. It has been existing for quite some time now within this crypto space and it has been performing pretty well. The only issue the exchange has is lack of liquidity and volume. Its trading volume is low and no much trade is ongoing on the exchange
Bilaxy regularly lists coins without the permission of the project, which makes it possible for many investors to trade earlier than expected. I think the exchange is very good in terms of trading volume and there is no problem of withdrawals so Bilaxy is also a very good option if you are a risk-loving investor. I often look for new projects at this exchange to invest early and lots of projects have helped me to make a very high profit.In fact, Bilaxy is only for new coins so if you do not like the risk, it is best to stay away from this exchange because there have been many cases of losing money when trading.

ATTENTION: Our team has sent 0,50 btc couple a weeks ago in order to take advantage the offer of listing fee, till the end of October 2019 and list our Coin, we filled up the listing form from their website, for 2 weeks now they didn't respond to our emails and today they reply and they said that they know nothing and receive nothing.

Their community is small but very active, don't worry.
Bilaxy has fake volume (wash trade) because when i sent Bitcoin to buy some tokens, i never couldn't buy because of their bots. So, you shouldn't use this exchange to buy somethings.
This trading resource is just beginning to develop and no one can give special guarantees to the user. Perhaps it is because of this that there are no positive reviews. The fact is that the trading exchange will also be able to have good results if very good projects are listed there, but so far it is very weak.

I checked once their platform, but my impression with it was not a good vibes to me. It has no good volume that's the first thing I discovered because it is still better to trade with the platform that has a great volume and huge traders too its an advantage actually.
How come this exchange is not so popular when it has $477,375,547 USD trading volume.
I don't want to quickly judge, but AFAIK based on what I read online, exchanges like this might be faking its volume.

Go to the scam sections and check if there are reports on that exchange, also check if they have an official thread here, and of course ask the developers of the token in their telegram channel about the reputation of the exchange directly, I'm pretty sure they have an idea because they are the one who will and research where to list their token.

So far they dont have any scam accusations or issues so i do presume they are fine to use at and since your token is just only listed on that place then its still your choice if you would proceed to sell out into that exchange or would wait up for other reputable exchange to list up those tokens for you to sell.Your choice! They are also not selective in accepting new tokens on their exchange. If you see it being telegram, many have protested at this exchange because they accepted a scam project on their exchange list.

This is a reputable trading exchange. Although the transaction volume is not high, when sending money and withdrawing money are very quick. I quite like the way this trading exchange works

I visited some times the exchange bilaxy but did not complete any trade yet because I can not find enough volume for selling or buying any crypto. Since this exchange is listing some popular coin so maybe will not make any disturb with low amount withdrawing. but I will suggest you to not enter a high amount in this type of exchange. Good luck
i never heard it before, i am just visit the website and i see pair BIA/ETH the volume 24h is very high but pair with BTC the volume very low.

there is zero volume on Idex, is only showing volume on Bilaxy, and I have also big doubts on that token too, so I will not even mention it here...
