Do you have enough money to carry out the project? With what you say, it's a big project for anyone, hope you can be successful with it. First of all, you need a really interesting idea.

I might be interested next week. I am waiting on a few million usd from Nigeria, I am helping a political figure with some of his banking issues.

The thing is that the way you phrased it, people are rather skeptical to believe in sudden rise of billion dollar Bitcoin company in Africa.
Nigeria is not exactly the most trusted country in the world, at least not business wise, you are aware of Nigerian Price scams, right?

Okay, okay, so the OP phrased it wrong. Clearly he's posted the details now so there's no point pretending to care.
It does seem like a very odd suggestion though, since we don't have proper details of your business or anything. Posting what you're going to do isn't actually an indication that you'll do it - I'm sure that idea cost a lot less for you to come up with than what you want people to "invest" in it.

Op kindly give more detailed information about the project and who are backers behind billion dollar project.if you are more clear then people may think of joining it and but the way you stated it ,it is like a illegal ponzi scheme /scam.
