I don't think giving someone with a bunch of twitter accounts that are basically just spam is worth it.

Interesting, I would say: The raffle code release, the Whitepaper, an actual working system, and a new and improved ICO model that is aimed at having a good distribution.

It was necessary to think in advance. Changing conditions on the move does't add trust to you. Before you do something, better you should think about it more than once.
