Binance was my first exchange and I still use it the most. It did slow down a couple of weeks ago I think because it couldn't handle the sheer number of trades but I think they are working on improving that now.

Kucoin is interesting as it's format is very similar to Binance except that they offer some more unusual coins with a lower marketcap (see my signature at the bottom of this post for my ref link to Kucoin). Both of them complement each other quite nicely.

I'm always open to trying more exhanges so recommend one if you think it can compete with Binance or Kucoin.

BNB calmed down a bit with Bitcoin's sudden movements and Binance's halt to member recruitment. However, I think the price will continue to increase again in the future.

Since Binance is so popular, it gives a template for other companies to open up their own exchanges. The creation of BNB token as a discount for fees, with a token burn included should be copied by other exchanges! Also being able to use BNB as a exchange currency is a great idea. All these things encourage people to hold the token and push up demand.

I think this year we'll see a lot of other exchanges opening up and offering similar services to Binance, and trying to one-up them with new features.

If you pay your trading fees with BNB it will cost 50% less than it would cost than it would when you didnt use BNB. So I guess your example should work.

I dont think that there will be a big difference in price for coins that are traded on Binance and on Bittrex. Im not into arbitrage trading anyways, but what I know is that there are people doing it and it works. But I guess this is only profitable if you do it with big amounts of money.

Yes the only purpose of binance token right now is fee deduction. You are paying %50 of the fees if you pay with binance tokens.

So as long as you buy 1 binance coin, then you are paying less in fees thus instead of paying 0.10 percent, you pay 0.05 percent... can someone confirm this?

Me too!!! I cant wait for SC to finally tripple (or even more) my initial investment. Ive been holding this coin for over a year now, with the recent price increase it finally equaled out compared to the price I bought. But there are no profits yet. Binance should make this happen!

I guess for the time being Binance will remain the top exchange. It well deserves being the top exchange in my honest opinion. I guess the real danger for centralized exchanges are decentralized exchanges and atomic swapping. Both will become more popular in the near future. I hope Binance sticks to their plan to become a DEX sooner or later.
