So this is just a FUD, people easily get FUD and they dump their BTC.
now, the whales are laughing to these weak hands because they've accumulated very well with these 10% drop, that is a big money if BTC will bounce back to more than 10% which usually would happen if the dump was only cause by FUD. .. I'll be watching this tomorrow, I hope I'm not wrong.

IEO is a reason...
It's not the main reason but it could be one of the reason, why? because Binance has been successful already before IEO was introduced. but nobody knows which exchange wil be #1 next year. One mistake and it's all broken.
