Kucoin and BNB are both nothing special. we need more competition from all exchanges and have decentralised exchanges.
So far binance is really doing good, which i think what will make BNB coin to rise up. As far as i know on all the exchanges that i am using i believe binance is one of the best. Second would be kucoin so i guess the Kucoin shares might be a good competitor for BNB in the future.
Kucoin shares now very decently inferior BNB coin in all, and until I see that this situation has changed. Binance and Kucoin now two birds of different flight... But they should begin with creating a decentralized exchange or they will soon be overbeated by these kind of exchanges. People are not okay with CEXs, recent hacks, many problems, a lot of money has been stolen. DEXs are the future 
.If they have a decentralised exchange then how are they supposed to make profit?

I think this explains the reson of it. He doesn't want to deal with lots of lawyers and lobbying.

This coin is extremely strong and popular, in my opinion if we invest, we hold this coin is ok, I believe they will rise to the top 5 CMC market.
This coin has no value unless it is traded on Binance and many people do not bother using Binance.
its by far the best exchange these days so i dont know what people you are referring to. Also, bnb tokens are limited in numbers like most cryptos so as more people will get into the market, automatically more people will join binance, making the coins more valuable and scarce

One of my favorite exchange is binance and the growth that happened to this exchange is remarkable right now this is one of the top exchange the volume is high it means that people love to use their platform if you buy their coin right now then by next 5 years you will gain big profit as long as they will keep the security tight and no hacking will happen then this will remain one of the leading exchange we will have.
Why is Binance so special? What happens if funds get stolen from the exchange? Will they refund members?

What kind of improvement. They have consisten trade volume. They are investing other blockchain companies. They ahave some deals with governments.
