Binance is ok. They temporally closed registration of new accounts. These days crypto grows very fast, thus Binance had a huge inflow of people. We definitely need a decentralized exchange.
can you login on Binance?
I have heard about this kind of problems on Binance exchange. I used to work on other popular and reliable exchange platforms. First of all I am talking about Bitfinex and Bittrex. There no such obstacles.
Don't think it's down. I'm able to log in and carry out trades as usual, though it took awhile to load. However, everything is fast again now.

It's just a maintenance. They have about 3 million new users every month, their current servers can't handle that.
Though it was a bad timing for people holding and would want to buy TRX, it was being pumped when the maintenance happened.

Binance is ok here in the Philippines. maybe there is a little slowdown. We all know that binance customers are greatly increasing. maybe this is the reason. a solution or maintenance might happen
The site was being updated. The site is now open without any problems. I no longer get 504 gateaway mistakes

Yes, it's ok to log in, and there's nothing wrong with it. Are you encountering any login problems? Is there a problem with your DNS server Settings?
