my Citizenship is fkng Iran, I asked Binanve support and guess what? They said not only they dont accept my KYC also they told me to leave Binance forever and they told me Im not allowed to use Binance even for small amount btc.

It's because Iran is under sanctions from the US, so any entity like Binance that deals in US dollar trades, can't accept you.

You need to find an exchange where there are no USD pairs traded at all.

The only way to find them is to spend a couple of hours on coinmarketcap, and trawl through the "markets" bit till you find an exchange that is not exposed to either dollars or Americans. So a pure altcoin exchange where you can't deposit or withdraw dollars. Or one of the far east exchanges that deal in the eastern currencies.

Binance, OKB, Bitterex, not accept my citizenship, whats best alternative?
Most of the time I tarde BNB, BTC.
I want to trade 190K$.
Safety is number 1 Priority for me.
Low fee is number 2 Priority.

I think you should transfer your fund to other exchang, there are a lot of them in the market now, you may choose in the coinmarketcap for list but be sure to read their terms and condition first before making a deposit, some exchanges are requiring traders to make a KYC if they gonna trade with 1btc above. I hope that you may trasnsfer your fund somewhere.

Where is your country from? try asking Binance customers whether your country can KYC or not at all, I think there are still many other exchanges to trade BNB https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/binance-coin/#markets

Yeah there are other good options, use Coinmarketcap as listed or Go CryptoMarket https://gocryptomarket.com/trade/buy/BNB or Coingecko https://www.coingecko.com/sv/coins/binance-coin to find some good alternatives!

You can use Atomic wallet
https://atomicwallet.io/

It has BNB con listed, and you can do atomic swaps.
Nobody can stop you using Atomic wallet.
(Other option is also Exodus wallet)
exodus.io

Other option you can try is Kucoin exchange - you don't need to submit kyc for level1 and it has BNB coin listed.
https://www.kucoin.com/

One more small thing that can 'change' your citizenship is called virtual private network

Last but most risky thing is using some chinese exchange/asian - that I don't recommend!

It is good that you have already recommended atomic wallet, which is quite popular and has positive reviews.
You can read user comments about it - https://revain.org/wallets/atomic-swap-wallet. There is always an alternative, just have to look for them.

Alternative? I also use bitmex rather than binance. They are almost the same it allows you to use a certain amount if btc. It don't have a problem with KYC and it will make you more comfortable using it. There are still a lot of alternative  trading platform that can fill up the quality that of trading that you're looking for. Most of the time they have the same issue and problem but not the verifying of accounts. Maybe binance only have that issue.

Not allow your country to use those exchange is really unfair, but that's how it work, they do not want to mess up with your country. I suggest you to use DEX, it dont required any kind of KYC and you can trade any amount you want, but the only problem with DEX is the volume.

I'm sure this has more to do with Iran than it does Binance. If you really want to use Binance, you can trade and are limited to withdrawing up to 2 btc/day if I remember correctly. I'm sure there's some kind of rules or regulations within Iran that is preventing them from accepting your application. I would only deposit 2 btc or so and then find another exchange that has those same limits. Then, you can have 4 btc/day trading on different exchanges.

May be Binance doesn't accept Citizens from Iran. Did you mention them that you want to trade $190K. If yes, then may be they are thinking that you are some kind of a scammer.
You can try contacting binance support again and ask them about the KYC.
May be the person who addressed you earlier must be a douchebag  Grin - happens most of the time.

You need to ask to moderator why did not accept your kyc. I think if you are willing to trade your capital as big as 190k$ you need to choose the right coin which is the king of all crypto, you need to use bitcoin in trading because you need to be sure that your capital is safe. All we know that dealing in that huge capital is also dealing in a huge risk.

Maybe you've done an error while doing the KYC make sure to properly fill in the correct info and provide ID and necessary documents with correct formats to make sure they verify your identity. If they still didn't accept then you should head to their FAQ and read the rules and regulations if they prohibit some countries to enter their platform or just try another exchange that doesn't have strict rules.

1. you can use VPn if you want to trade in binance, then you try to do KYc again
2. you can move to another exchange, like yobit exchange its safety no need kyc and low fees so its best option for you

many ways to run, so never give up because just your citizenship banned by binance

3. Prohibition of Use
By accessing and using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are not on any trade or economic sanctions lists, such as the UN Security Council Sanctions list, designated as a “Specially Designated National” by OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control of the U.S. Treasury Department) or placed on the U.S. Commerce Department’s “Denied Persons List”. Binance maintains the right to select its markets and jurisdictions to operate and may restrict or deny the Services in certain countries at its discretion.

This is an excerpt from Binance's terms of use. Obviously, your nationality affects your registration to this exchange. They are refusing to provide services in your country. If you need better understanding, read here: https://www.binance.com/en/terms

So, on another exchange, I recommend Kucoin, although it is not comparable to Binance, but I think it is enough for you to use.
Well, the citizenship issue is limiting a lot of users to join binance and this is a problem with almost no solution, although this exchange binance has always been very active in persuading governments of nations but the law is the law, without any exceptions or tolerance here, some exchanges can replace such as kucoin, houbi or gate. However, the trading volume is not too exciting and cannot be compared to binance, so maybe people unfortunately fall into this situation, they should use some software to facilitate login but different issues will not be supported, be careful

I'm really confused on why they will tell you to leave the Binance forever and i think there could br a reason on whh they are not accepting your personal information due to law of your country and its restriction.

And i would say that you can try a lot of exchange that can accept your information but be cautious of indentity theft, it could use againts you.

That's batsh*t insane. So, that basically means, any US exchange that requires basic verification, is likely to do the same.

...and guess what, i guess, they won't ban a person from an "ally state" (even those ones where they do practice state sponsoring of terrorism) based off citizenship alone! Lips sealed

He/she could have easily done it in any exchange buy with the trend that follows the binance is on another level. The OP told that he is trading primarily BNB token so obviously it is best to trade it whete it was born. Even me, If I were ask where to trade I would just say Binance, since it offers a lot of security from its users plus the huge daily trading volume which guarantees you a high chances of generating profit.
That's arguably true but taking risk of registering using VPN and recklessly putting all your money into the account even though you know that you are registering "illegally" will just cause unnecessary problem. If there are alternatives even though worse than Binance but relatively safe it's still a better choice nonetheless. However, as I've checked in CMC, BNB volume dominated by P2PB2B exchange which is known to be shady as heck.

You might consider looking into Kraken. I can’t say for sure that it will work for your country but it’s worth looking into and it seems to be a decent exchange.

How about try different exchange, binance is really good but if you are not allowed to trade in the side, that's useless.

you may check the available exchanges here. https://coinmarketcap.com/rankings/exchanges/

Others have suggested Kucoin, but I don't know if they offer service to Iran or not.  Don't know which exchanges are operating in which countries.  It's all so damn confusing these days.

I don't think Kucoin publicly displays a list of prohibited countries. Their policy seemingly is to allow unverified accounts from anywhere. However, if you try to complete KYC from a prohibited jurisdiction, they won't let you:

Quote
Please be advised that KuCoin has not made any changes to its policies. You may still be able to access KuCoin on the said location. The only restrictions we had for some certain countries is the KYC verification and you can view the list of countries where it's currently being provided at the time you attempt to process your own KYC; and if the account is not verified, there would be a limit of 2 BTC withdrawal per 24 hours in the account.

So for example, US traders can only have unverified accounts there. I think the same may apply to Iranian traders. If that's true, Kucoin is probably playing with fire by not doing more to block OFAC-sanctioned jurisdictions.

Binance exchange does not support many countries, not just yours.
No kidding--they don't even support my state in the US unfortunately and I'm not even sure why that is.

If a VPN would work for this, I'd go with that option if you can avoid doing KYC, even though it is a little sneaky.  I don't see any problem in wanting to stay anonymous.  Others have suggested Kucoin, but I don't know if they offer service to Iran or not.  Don't know which exchanges are operating in which countries.  It's all so damn confusing these days.
