I don't think an exchange like Binance could do such a bad thing. This may be a personal matter. We cannot judge it objectively by relying on unclear information.

Can't tell if the situation is real since I couldnt find anything on Binance's weibo. I looked at the tweet to see if there's another person that had more access to weibo who could confirm it but there's none and others are giving doubts as well.
These are the only sources that showed when you try searching for the said death threat.

I couldn't find anything as well. This news is from October 2019 based on the above sources, thus old news, and should have been exposed by mainstream media if it was true. You guys should probably double-check the source and do some research before accusing Binance. In other words, I'm skeptical because of this news should have got massive exposure from media in October or November 2019. These are the only sources that showed when you try searching for the said death threat.

Let's not believe on it easily as this can be just one of their fud for them to make negative news regarding Binance, if this is true, why I am not hearing it yet from the crypto news, hmm, let's not panic at all, I don't say this is not true, it might be true, we really don't know but let's not close our mind yet, but let's seek the truth first. Once we have enough evidence then that's the time we should react.

If this is true , its super disturbing for an exchange like Binance to make something like and I don't really know the reason of why this escalated at such point to send death threats and pictures like those. I really hope this is a fake news followed by a bad joke and everything will be okay for both sides because if this is true will damage the both exchange image at a high level. Anyway it looks scary and disturbing.

Looks scary but still find it hard to belief because we all know that fake news always find their ways into crypto space for some reasons, last month fake news about binance office get raid was all lies too, maybe this is another lie? give more concrete evidence its real

It's unfortunate that most cryptocurrency exchanges are not very transparent. Stuff like the quote above must have been going on for sometimes now and nobody is aware of it. Guess that could even bring the price of Bitcoin up/down and everything will continue to feel normal

Why will Binance do such a shitty thing, when they know in this age you cannot hide threats on social media?. This will simply tarnish their image.
Why did not the PR lady raise a complaint?
Does harrassing a PR agent of an exchange publically help Binance in any ways?

I don't think it's true unless you will provide a reliable source. If it's for competition, I think it's unfair and too personal to hit a single employee. It will only ruin the reputation of Binance. We all know that there are lots of fake news roaming around about Binance so it's hard to determine which is true and which is not.

It's hard to tell if all of that are legit, its putting Binance on fire if that will be proven legit as although its only from their employee but it will certainly affect their reputation. I have a doubt really because if someone is planning to commit a crime, he should not publicize that in advance where authorities will make it easy for them to solve the crime, it doesn't make sense.

And i don't think binance would be stupid enough to place such a blatant threat. They know this will blow up in their faces in case this is real and having grown this big, they know all too well to put their reputation on the line. Cz isn't that stupid that he can't control what's happening within his ranks. I doubt this is legit.

Fed up with these news. It seems like Binance is the only exchange, every few days they are making the headline. I am not even sure if OkEx is against them or with them?

I think it is very important to validate the authenticity of those images before jumping to conclusion, people can make up stuffs that are not true just to hurt another, this is a serious allegation and can lead to a big stain on the part of binance if not properly handled, a death threat is a serious case if the images are truly authentic, i don't want to believe binnance will do such a thing with their position in the crypto space.

wow, this is really good news to think about Binance's team. It seems that they are looking down on their opponents and their community if they have any reaction. This is not a beautiful act and it shows that they are very extravagant. We should reflect on this work and post it to the Binance English community with over 100k members there. If we let this situation continue, Binance's team will quickly despise everyone here.
