Do you know the reason for their change of payment partner? Is it because of regulations or for other reasons?

How exactly it became much easier? From what I understand, these new partners will replace Paysafe who was a payment gateway for them and as far as I know, they didn't have anything to do with Binance debit card.

Users love to trade on Binance, but to withdraw money to the bank account, you need to transfer it to a third party, which means high withdrawal fees, or exchange Bitcoin for an altcoin, withdraw it to a third party and from there to your bank account. Returning the ability to withdraw directly will reduce fees and the use of another party.

Sorry that I quote you, but I want to understand something, I am not from Europe. Without the euro deposit and withdrawal, but people in the countries that spend euro can still make use of P2P to transfer euro and crypto within themselves using the Binance exchange? If that is possible, I do not know what people just like about these third-party payment gateways when Binance itself is third-party. Also if not possible on centralized exchange, it is possible on decentralized exchanges.

Also using the exchange's debit card once again becomes much easier.

Regarding Binance debit card, Binance allegedly stopped issuing new cards months ago and latest rumoour is that cards will stop working in December (source: https://twitter.com/v_vukman/status/1714746130783785065)
Well Binance has the lowest trade fees among crypto exchanges so there's a lot of demand to use it for FIAT transactions also. But sadly when PaySafe cut binance off EUR markets imminently became unavailable as well as being unable to deposit or withdraw Euros. Binance having a new FIAT payments partner means access to EUR markets as well as deposits and withdrawals for European customers once again.

As of the debit card, it was actually Visa and Mastercard that cut binance off. I'm sure Binance would have been perfectly happy to continue working with them but with such a persistent duopoly on the field of debit cards it'll be hard to find a replacement for this system. So indeed issuance of new cards remains unaccesible but in the meantime existing users of the binance debit card could use it once again with EUR.

So around a month ago Binance's payment partner suddenly completely cut the exchange and its users off. Today However Binance announced that they integrated with a new payment partner and they platform would be rolling out EUR SEPA deposits to European users imminently.

So if you're a binance.com user this should make using the exchange easier again. It will once again be possible to cash out directly to your bank account or deposit FIAT money to buy crypto directly from binance.com. Also using the exchange's debit card once again becomes much easier. Hopefully this time Binance.com's payment partner can last in offering this service to European customers.

Note to those reading: binance.com is a different entity from Binance's partner that serve's U.S. customers (binance.us).
