Same here. Account frozen for no reason. I can not withdraw USDT from Binfair to other wallet. Seems like fucking scam. Stay away guys.

Hi everyone
I have been reading on Binfair since mid Jan 2021 and it completely froze my account and my assets since 3 days ago! I tried a withdrawal and it also got frozen! Have sent 4 emails and 3 FB massages no response! My friend had just had over $350k of his assets froze as well!
I believe that Binfair is a scam and they are now showing the signs of going under!
If any one repressing Binfair I would appreciate a response!

Binfair Team,

I have had every withdraw with the exception of 1 rejected. 1 of which has been "submitted" for almost a month now.

Last night i received an email that all assets are frozen. This is extremely frustrating as i have not received a response from anywhere at binfair on how i can go about accessing my money.
I just want my money back. That is all. However, i cant withdraw any of the funds.

Can someone please respond and provide guidance.

Yes and you're doing nothing about it. You keep saying you're going to process the withdrawal but nothing is happening.
A withdrawal usually takes maximum 30 minutes depending on the coin and you've been taking 10 days just on processing the payment.
Fix ur stuff

Binfair is ran by neno.
It’s a scam he’s had something similar to this before called EZbitoptions.
People would deposit funds and not be able to withdraw

At this point I am concerned that this company doesn't have and enough funds to cover withdrawals.

The person I am in contact with keeps saying they need to talk to someone else, and you are now saying the support team is handling it directly.

How long does it take to make a withdrawal and why isn't it done automatically?

There are no withdrawal issues whatsoever with our platform. The only reason withdrawal might get delayed is either given bonus or some kind of restricted behaviour on the platform.

You are giving me a link, that FCA does not approve any CFD crypto business. Which supports my message, which says, that there is no regulating authority, that can regulate this business. So why did you ask about FCA, if you knew it does not accept any such companies?

You don't understand that the FCA has banned CFDs trading in the UK?
You claim to offer this to your clients and at the same time being a legal business in the UK is impossible.
You are breaking UK rules on this, do you understand? Do I have to draw this with crayons?
 
Again - there is no regulating body, that can accept and license CFD cryptocurrency business.

The regulatory body for this is the FCA, they have said it's illegal and all such trading must stop on January the 6th.

No, your initial message was provocative question of whether or not we do have FCA license. I have explained you, that there is no license available for such services whatsoever. That's point number 1. So that was ruined provocation, brilliantly countered here.

Point number 2 is that we do not directly advertise in prohibited countries. As you have correctly pointed out, it's not possible to advertise in the UK, and we do not do that. However, if someone comes from the UK, or Northern Ireland, on his own, or by an advice of his friend, it's nothing we can do about it. This is hard to understand to whom the crypto belongs.
