Well this is great, that's a hefty bonus indeed and I got it too but as far as wagering 40x goes, things aren't looking too nice to me, lost about 10 mBTC already and so far haven't wagered anything.

Well if this is the case then you could only wait for the support to comes online. I was under impression that this site is ran by 1 person because if they do need to check on the withdrawal manually then they will have done so since withdrawing few mBTC is not much.

You did not give clear details of the withdraw (withdraw from giveaway or from your own deposit)
