there is a time when result showing is too slow. I do not know there is something wrong with the server last time but there is around 1-2sec before it showing the result

no , if you invest BTC , LTC , DOGE or CLAM in bankroll your investment will be treated just like other investor based sites
so you win or lose the same currency that you invested
but if you buy and invest BXO you will get weekly dividends of the other coins , total dividends is 10% of the house edge

After some time that I can see here, you guys are making really good progress with the bankroll and the investment as well. Last time when I see it, there is only few amount there and now may be a couple of months you guys grow this fast already. And see the maximum bet which is 10 times from the last time I saw. This is indeed a great things to have, hope you guys are doing this better. And I do hope to see something new from you guys, some events or may be some new "fresh from the oven" thing

I don't know even if it wasn't a whole one by one response to everyone (which would be even better if you ask me, all you gotta do is just quote them, would take probably less than 5 minutes) you could at least write some generic response like "thank you to all who celebrated our third year" or something to that affect.
I mean how hard would that be ? I am not saying it is mandatory but honestly writing here all the time about promotions and all that like its just another day of work on the eve or afterwards of your third year doesn't really sound like you care.
Maybe I am wrong maybe its not that they don't care but they just try to look professional but it just feels a bit cold.

You know a casino got big and just hired some people to do mundane tasks everyday when you look at topics like this. Many people wrote them congratz on the third year and wished them many happy years to come and if you check the answers bitexo had no respond to any of them, none of it! Look at what they wrote next, it is just another weekly promotion thing and that is it.
I understand sharing that since it is the mundane task that needs to be done but when you do not respond to anyone wishing you a happy birthday (established day?) that shows you do not care about the community as much as others may think. Whoever shares stuff here is not here because they read or care about the topic but they are here because they want to keep the topic alive and their name at the top and nothing else.
