Has been doing some simple match over and over to make sure that if this is right however it seems it is not because if the chances to hit jackpot with 100 bits equal to 1 in 1M chances then the expected value would be 1 btc for the jackpot to be EV+ gambling not 0.1 btc. If you change it to 1 in 100k bets than that would be right
The jackpot has passed the Expected Value of 0.1 btc (20% of our earnings on 100 btc wagered). For it to be +EV gambling it has to be a jackpot of 1 BTC or above.

congrats man, because the bet in 1 bit is 1 out of 100.000.000, most of the time, people places bet in 1~10 bits.
someone placed 100.000 bits once and because of the chance of winning the jackpot won't be changed, the jackpot has been grown rapidly.
anyway, do not risk your bankroll just to gain a little dollar.
The jackpot is a extra prize just for regular play. It's not meant to play only for the jackpot.

Just to add on to the EV discussion, technically, it could be as low as 0.8 to become +EV (since HE can be lowered to 0.8%).
Its still far away from being EV+ at the moment.
It would be EV+ whenever it reach 0.1 (or 0.08 at 0.8%HE) at same chances as 100 bit bet.
