A winning bet is one that the Raw_Outcome is less than 4295 for bets 0.00010000 BTC and above. This works out to a chance of 1 in 1 Million Bets. Bets less than 0.00010000 BTC and above 0.00000100 BTC can still win the jackpot but the lower your wager the more challenging it becomes with 0.00000100 BTC bets having 1% the chance a bet greater than or equal to 0.00010000 BTC has. For example a bet of 0.00000100 BTC has to have a Raw_Outcome < 42.9 in order to win.
To be fair to those who have wagered, 90% of the Jackpot total will go to the winner and 10% will go to the highest wagered user for the day. The winner of each round will be announced in chat and the prizes will be manually transferred within 8 hours.
Funds progressive Jackpot:

I dont quite understand this part , I am sorry but can you detail me what this is ? Are you saying that if we bet with 100 sats , we have 1% chance of hitting the jackpot ? or 1% of 10k sats hitting the jackpot ?
Any bet at 100 bits (0.0001 BTC or 10000 satoshi) or over is equal to 1:1,000,000 chance of hitting the jackpot. Bets between 1-99 have the equivalent to winning that value's percentage of the 1:1,000,000 chance of hitting the jackpot.
For example, if your bet is 50 bits, you have a 50% of the 1:1MIL chance, which is 1:2,000,000 chance of hitting the jackpot. If your bet is 10 bits, your chance of winning the jackpot is 1:10,000,000 (10% of 1:1MIL chance). And if your bet is the minimum 1 bit, your chance of hitting the jackpot is 1:100,000,000 (1% of 1:1MIL chance).
