I think you should be ok. It may take a while for it to show up on the page. Confirmations are taking a good while now the network seems slow.
I've send a deposit but my Offline wallet has multiple addresses so in blockchain.info I see 2 addresses now, is that a problem, it doesn't matter to which of these addresses the BTC's are payed to because they're both my addresses from the same wallet.
