NO CHANGES UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

From this moment on: Meta, auctions, politics & society do not count towards a user's post count. This will last until the start of the new campaign, when things will change. (1 or 2 weeks from now).

This big change was brought by the large increase in spam.

Beginners & help may soon be excluded too, if posters do not improve.

If you spam, or post unneeded replies, you will be kicked. End of discussion.

Please play your part in keeping this forum readable Smiley.

Marco, does the Politics and Society board count towards our post count? If so - it should not. It is an easy place to spam.
I also feel as if the posting minimum requirements can be more harsh. The spam has completely put me off the forum. Please consider being more strict on users.

We should also be allowed to chose which posts should be counted and what shouldn't. This should exclude the posts that aren't counted by default. I have made a few posts that I didn't want to be counted before. I know that majority of the users won't use this in anyway, but it's something that I would use. Or if you wouldn't mind, whenever I make a post that I don't want counted as of it's lack of contribution or if it's slightly off-topic/unnecessary, could I perhaps pm you and ask you to exclude it?

Thanks.

I prefer Zakir over Muhammed when mentioning me!
Feature request has been completed along with a slight redesign! Smiley

Thank you, Marco. Can you now please add what Irfan suggested above and "GET" method instead of "POST"?

"GET" method will help us to bookmark or easy view of our details. An example link for mine will be: http://bitsig.website/beta?uid=320943.

You can find comparison of GET and POST here: http://www.w3schools.com/tags/ref_httpmethods.asp.

I would consider joining, if I didn't need to register and you would be paying to an address I'm controlling.

Is this possible?

(Call me paranoid, but I don't trust campaigns that require payout requests instead of paying directly. There are examples of abusing this practice in the past.)

Currently this is not an option. Not to worry, I have enough in escrow to pay everyone twice in case everyone can't withdraw for some odd reason. And yes, you're being a bit paranoid Wink but I understand.

hmm marco that might be a bit unethical i would suggest you at least warn participants who look like they are spamming at least half way thru the campaign ...

It might come across as unethical but that is not my intention.

It is clear. If you spam, if you try to spam and get away with it, if you make horrible fluff posts for the earnings you will be kicked, end of discussion.

I am trying to play as fair a role as I can as a campaign manager, but it comes to a point where enough is enough.

Spammers will be kicked and banned without hesitation.

Anyway, I have given some first warnings to the best of the worst members, to avoid problems. If they don't change then so be it and they will suffer the consequences.

it's dirty game you are playing here. If all my posts were spams, then you could have warned me or banned me in the very beginning of the week. Why were you waiting to ban me when the time has come for payment? Please don't cheat people.

Beware guys, he's just running a fraud signing campaign here. He will make you post for the whole week and will ban you when it comes to payments.

I decided to check all members yesterday. Evidently, yesterday was a day or so before some member's payouts. You were one of the members who were also spamming. No one else had any problems that I'm aware of (unless they have spammed).

Thanks a lot Marcotheminer dear for informing me now.

Could you please tell me, am I spamming right now as well?

You can ask him politely to pay you for the posts that weren't considered spam.

I messaged him in the morning itself. Thanks for the advice, my friend. But anyway I don't need his charity.

What about people who post too little? 1 - 5 posts / week. Shouldn't they be banned as well?

As long as their posts are of a good enough quality and they aren't forcing posts (which I doubt if they only make 5 posts a week) then they're fine Smiley.
