it is due to that sections is where spam occurs the most after games and rounds by either supporting any altcoin there, so their decision is indeed right to exclude that section

Not counting entire posts in the alt coin and off topic section is harsh as there can be quality discussions in there. I'd suggest doing a minimum word/character count for those sections so you don't pay for all the spammy one word posts but will for other constructive posts.

I din't get the new changes. I enrolled on 27th February and 8 posts were counted for which I had to be paid 0.006 BTC but I did not get paid and now it asks me to signup again and confirm my mobile number but I have not received the code on my cell phone. Will I get a new address this time when I register with the website?

Sure that because I re enrolled all users manually so it take about 20 to 30 seconde to make sure of all the backup data
