Withdrawing worked for me now. I received the bonus now (but it's still lagging - I could withdraw only with the trick).

It's just a bug.
Check the official thread.
You are not required to have basic verification if you deposit crypto and withdraw crypto.

You should normally be able to withdraw without any problems, so it will be corrected ASAP.
