You did not do it correctly, AFAIK you should put your bit-x address in "other contact info". In fact you put it in "bitcoin address"
Perhaps that's why you have not receive any payments..

It seems that was precisely my problem. Now my stats are at least showing up and I'm sure future payments will show up without issue. Just a shame I didn't recognize it until now :/

I don't think marco would answer if you plainly ask if you are leigible, try making an enrollment post, follow all the steps for enrollment. And if mareplies that you are added, only then you are accepted.

in case you didn't notice, you have a negative rating. I think you got kicked out of the campaign because of that.
