Bit555.io is offline for two or three days now, so the exit scam is in full progress.

A friend of mine tipped me 150$ on this website and later he told me to withdraw because he needed some funds back so this website has locked me out my account and not willing to answer via live support!
How come you were quick get engaged with the casino without conducting your due diligence as to finding out more about the casino. You never identified with this platform or if possibly you have done that before you got registered, did you bother asking questions about the casino or checking their official announcement thread for clarity and also to knowing what members are saying about them?
You never bothered about researching on the casino as required. Anyways sorry about your experience but the possibility of getting back your funds is likely near impossible as they seems adamant to your complaints.
I will advise you next time when complaining of possible scam, you should do well to upload evidence to back up your claims. This will help along way as it is the ethics of this board. Ordinarily, nobody would have picked interest in your complaints but for the fact that the casino is already known for their nefarious scam act hence the response to your complaints.

That's the message everyone gets when account is blocked. They did not send me any email and support just close when I try to contact them!
They are not interested in solving your problem. The purpose of not providing any support after blocking the account is that they will continue to operate in this way. As far as research has been done on them their reputation is not good, they are actually running this website to scam gamblers. So it is not right for any gambler to expect anything good from them.

https://www.trustpilot.com/review/bit555.io
As far my thread is ranked in Google for their website so let's hope we save some people from going through same hassle!
This thread and the discussion in this thread will be useful in warning new gamblers about this website.
This gambling website used to scam more money by taking advantage of the ignorance of the gamblers, but some victims like you when you are scammed by a website and post about that website help many more gamblers to stay away from that website.

I have not heard about this website before, did you know the reason why your friend's fund is locked?
It's not the friend who has had their funds locked, it's OP. The alleged friend tipped OP, later asked to get the money back. When OP tried to send the tip back, his account was already locked.

it's weird that the site asks you to reset the password when that's exactly what you are trying to do (hopefully).
One of the images states that there is a security risk with your account of some sorts. Perhaps a weak password, no 2FA, etc. Did the casino send you any email after you clicked on the reset password button or are there any other emails from them? Some casinos, for example, require having 2FA active for withdrawals.

When you click the "reset password" button, the message above the screen popped up and didn't redirect you to a password resetting request page?

Have you tried telling your friend to ask for reversal from his side?
1 It doesn't work to reset passowrd
2 My friend is afraid of losing his account too

From where I stand, your friend is just delaying the inevitable. With the casino's reviews and reputation, I think it is safe to assume that at one point, sooner or later, he'll get his account locked too, so it might be on his best interest to start considering another gambling platform.

He can withdraw all of his funds first before attempting to request for reversal... assuming his withdrawal got approved and didn't ends up like yours. That way, he'll minimize the risk of losing more money. If the request got approved, then it's good for you both. If it didn't, then I am sorry I have to say that the best he can do is consider it as a lose bet. At this point, there's nothing you can do from your side, I don't see a validator seal on bit555's site, so you can't try to reach their licensor to file a complaint either.

Try to reset the password and then log in into your account. As holydarkness pointed out, you haven't entered the correct verification code.
How good of a friend is that online friend of yours? Some people are too fast to call strangers friends.

Let me give you an example of how such a scam could potentially work if your friend is part of the group of scammers.

1. Your "friend" gives you a tip.
2. He then asks you to give it back for whatever reason.
3. In the meantime, the casino blocks your account and doesn't allow you to send the money back.
4. Your friend pressures you to give him his money because he needs it.
5. Since you can't send back the tip, he might suggest you pay him from your personal wallet.
6. Eventually you give in and send him the $150 you owe him.
7. Your friend and the casino just made $150 from you.

That is what I initially thought, few years ago someone tried to scam me with an almost similar method, a stranger contacting me because he knew me from one TG group, asked my help to withdraw from a website and he'll pay me some percentage for the trouble. I knew right away he's a scammer but decided to see how far he'll go, so I made a disposable email, created an account with it, and he transferred the fund to my account through the tipping feature on the site so I can WD it for us. The catch was, in order to WD from that account, I had to deposit some amount of ETH.

Long story short, I toyed with him a little until he met his boiling point and stopped the chat. Pretty much sure the website was his because he asked me to transfer the fund back to his account and when I said I've did it, he knew I hadn't because he still can see the amount on my account.

What differentiate mine from OP's is that I need to deposit in order to WD while OP got his WD feature blocked.

This is why I bombarded him with questions yesterday. In the end, I decided to gave OP benefit of doubts and believing that his story is real and his friend is also a real close friend. [There are several other possible scenarios on my mind, but let's just table it] For this situation, best they can do is what I said on my previous post, for his friend to contact the platform and ask for reversal himself.

I'd really appreciate if OP can sbow us the screenshot of the error message saying his account is blocked, though.

My friend is waiting for a solution he has not told me to pay him from my personal wallet. Money was there in casino balance as I made the withdrawl and they blocked my login, can't reset passowrd or anything!

it's the first time saw this website and I found their official thread here Bit555 - Crypto Casino! Find More Unique Games!
their account even got red trust from bitcoin talk members because of their copycat to Bcgame and even their trustpilot many reviews say that they got scammed too.

In 2023 I could not see any positive reviews on the Trustpilot. They have received a total of 30 reviews of which 74% are 1 star which seems to me like nothing but they are scammers. Though there is a chance of manipulating reviews it has not happened as the reviews are not created on the same day and/or within a short period of time.

I have not heard about this website before, did you know the reason why your friend's fund is locked? Because nowadays many strangers send links to different websites and create stories like this and send DMs to crypto users to help them withdraw funds. So if you give the detailed reason why your friend is not able to withdraw the funds here, more will be known about the operation of this website and other gamblers will be more careful. So it is important to know more details about this website and your friend to understand what is really happening with you.

They are not even reacheble by email.

That was pretty much established. They have nothing to lose here on the forum as they're already been tagged since 2022 and couldn't care less about it, their last activity on this forum was also last year, which means there's a very slim chance they're aware of this thread. Their ratings on other platforms are also low and they couldn't bother about it. Bottom line, your hands are rather tied on this situation, I think best you can hope is for your friend to jump in and ask for reversal from his side, since his account is still working.

As your account is blocked for withdrawal and the fund itself is not being confiscated, and his account is working perfectly, and he asked the tips back, can't you just send the fund back through the very same feature of tipping?

They locked me out ofaccount I can't even login!

https://ibb.co/qNNJ7qq

I don't see the message informing you that the account is blocked on the attached screenshot, only that you haven't typed the captcha code. I also wondwred, as you don't have an access to your account, how did this photo taken? Did you still got an access at that point?

Another idea I proposed, since your friend's account is not blocked, and given that their live support won't reply you, is it possible for your friend to ask the transfer to be canceled from his side? As the tip happened internally within the platform's system, I think it's quite possible that the amount displayed as your "fund" is just a number on screen. There's no real transaction on the blockchain happened until after someone do a withdrawal request. Thus, it's quite easy for them to "reverse" the transfer as they only need to adjust those recorded exchanges between account.

This answers can solve my problem?
Can't help if the casino is a scam and judging by the negative reviews about them online, I don't think you will get back that money. Luckily, they were just tips and you did spend anything on them

Your online friend might be part of the scam, and he may want you to send him more money to pay back his tips that are blocked. Please do not send him any money from outside.
