Have you tried using a different browser? Sometimes it resolves the situation. Other times it is the browser cache, or some security tool/toolbar installed.

I don't think you should do another giveaway with a rollover without some way for users to clearly see/track their rollover.
I understand not wanting to have your good nature exploited but I think the requirements should be clear and easily trackable by your users. That "blue" casino does it in an interesting way with two currencies, one chips and one basically tokens that have to be gambled. Maybe something like that would work for you?
We track it in our backoffice management system. And players can track it on their casino history page.

Apparently the transaction fees are going high! We just paid 0.005btc to move ~21 btc. 2 months ago this same transaction would have costed 0.0001 and would have been confirmed fast.

Again, very sorry for the inconvenience. The issue is that the past couple of days due to the higher bitcoin demand, the blockchain transaction volume went higher, so miners are looking for higher fees to process them, and it is hard to predict what fee to add to each transaction to be processed quickly. I'm certainly not accusing you of anything, I just feel quite a bit slighted for having to leave such a large sum tied up for a reason that wasn't my fault to begin with. It makes me quite unhappy as I'm sure you can understand. I trust that if it somehow gets cancelled you will do the right thing, but I question why it was allowed in the first place. I feel that if anything you should resend the btc from a different address and if it somehow doesn't get cancelled I can return the original. Surely you can understand where I'm coming from here as my issue is completely legitimate no?
