Bitbay already tagged by Coolcryptovator. And I have seen the reference that where someone also create a scam accution for getting Account deactivated. And here also one user complain about account deactivation. So it is prove that really the site deactive user account without any reason.

Two days ago I took 6.65 ETH but did not invest in my account and they stalled me by saying there was a technical problem. they blocked my account today. does no explanation. they've stalled me so far and now they've blocked my account. This site is dishonest.
I'm really sorry for your loss, but please next time be cautious when depositing your money into a website. Do research first if the website is trusted here in this forum or not, by that you will save yourself from a potential scam.
i took it before, but they didn't send my last withdraw, But now he stalled me and closed my account. They don't pay my money, I thought as a good site but were dishonest.
There is really some site that will give you some profit but afterward when you have trusted them and invest more that's where the scamming part takes place. Next time when putting money into a site make sure you do thorough research or ask and look here in this forum.

If they said that there was a technical problem, then you should receive your Eth after they fix it. However, even before that happens, another problem occured which was your account being blocked. Not sure if something else happened, but anyway,
If you contacted their support and didn't hear anything from them until now, try sending a message to their account here -> BitBay* - last active today. You can ask him to reply here in the thread as well to make your discussion public (it's for you to decide).

I think they are 2 different services... The one you mentioned is BitexBay and the one OP is accusing is BitBay.
