Hey,
I had someone in the Sealswithclubs chatroom join bitbook.biz using my referral link bitbook.biz/?referer=kingofsports7 and they aren't showing up on my affiliate page. Their username is "****". Also what is the specific rules/payouts for affiliates. Do ALL bets count for affiliate pay or just a certain odds or better?

I'm trying to do a 3 play parlay for .01 and won't let me.  I'm talking about actually pressing the "place bet" button, that's where it stops me.  It lets me select the Heat -5.5 but not play it.

It's got me worried about the capitalization of the book.  Like, can it pay out?  Lower the max bet if it's a problem!

I discussed this awhile back with the owner of bitbook, to me they are very well funded, however there is always a risk of a book going broke. I honestly think this managing risk thing is a good sign though that the book is here to stay for a long time and not run off or run out of funds. They manage their risk effectively whereas previous books have no and will accept ALL wagers. IMO you should keep most of your funds in a wallet outside of bitbook and not keep all your eggs in one basket so to speak, just in case someone hacked all accounts or they ran off / shut down. Also visiting the site today I noticed the max bet was increased to 15 BTC, interesting that you did this. I wish both the players luck and the book luck, personally I can't wait for NFL season. Always my strongest time of the year and has been since I began betting. Will throw down a lot of 5 and 10 BTC bets come NFL sundays Smiley

Thanks King. And Yes, the book has been running very smoothly for several months now and we are very happy to be able to accept bets up to 15 BTC!

I'm not allowed to place any money on the Heat -5.5 right now.  It says basically there is no money left for the Heat bet.  I have to say this is pretty weird and a little worrying - I mean I was only going to do a .01 BTC bet and it wouldn't let me...does this happen often here, or?

Hey guys, sometimes we get highly disproportionate action on 1 side of a match, so we put a temporary hold such that we don't take on an irresponsible amount of risk. Our book is very well capitalized, but for very popular events it can still be responsible to manage our risk at a certain point.

In this case we received many max bets on the Heat -5.5, so we had to stop taking bets until we got more action on the Spurs. As we get Spurs bets we automatically adjust to accept more on the Heat.  We actually just got a few Spurs bets so at the moment there is room to bet on the Heat spread. We also still can accept quite a bit more action on the Heat ML and the over/under.

I appreciate the explanation and the book not being reckless.

No, it was a valid parlay (no other bets from same game).  It said something like Heat -5.5 too popular, bet remaining 1.5000 -e  or something like that.  I gave up but it would be nice if owner of site explained.

Just checked - still not letting me bet Heat -5 straight up.

I had this issue once with a straight bet on a tennis match. Quickly forgot about it and moved on.

Is it possible to see a 'Withdrawable' Balance somewhere? Its probley there somewhere but I can't see it

We show your total balance and your pending balance on the right side of the top nav. The amount you can withdraw is the difference between the two, which we currently don't display anywhere independently, but we can see about adding it next to the withdraw section. Thanks!

Thanks for that Im just being lazy that's all  Grin
