it would help if you guys listed where you sent coins from when deposits dont show up right away and the blockchain info from the send or receive address.
a lot of you using coinbase might not know that they send in batches to reduce costs. sending from coinbase has no fee involved and the way they do that is to send once or twice an hour ALL the transactions they have built up from people. so unlike blockchain which sends immediately based on fees you pay coinbase may sit in limbo for 30, 60 or 120 minutes at times waiting to be put into block. since bitcoins are transparent just saying "my deposit hasn't showed up" without sending all the info to properly advise you does yourself a disservice, wastes the readers time and chastises bitbook when in fact it may not be their fault.

Considering I keep 10's of thousands of dollars worth of BTC, I agree. How do I know someone in the backend of the site didn't bet my coins. Its rediculous. Hopefully they can log where the bets were placed because this was not placed by me and I am itching for a response. Emails and posts on here are getting me nowhere at the moment.

Emailed you 2 times regarding unauthorized activity on my account. Someone placed a wager on my account last night and I still have not got a response. I am one of your larger bettors as I do 1-15 BTC per bet and this is a big problem. Please respond to my email as soon as possible.
I would like to see 2FA implemented for logins as well. Once you're logged in it can stay active for 30 days or something, but this would be a nice extra security layer to protect us bettors. its great that people cant withdraw our bitcoins, but they can still slam our roll on something...

Took a little bit longer than expected but no worries.
Yeah, my deposit took 15 minutes today and not the normal 5 to 10 minutes.
