Tennis bets take really long to be graded....
Tennis (waiting now for 3 hours) and the Cricket bet England vs Australia (6!! Hours)
That's a bit toooooo long
I'm not sure about Tennis, rarely place a bet on them. But as for the England vs Australia cricket match it's a 5 day Test match, so it should only get graded after the match gets over.
The Tennis match was done over 4 hours ago.. If every Tennis bet I do will take 4 hours to grade not worth it.

We have automated grading in place for most events, but somtimes there are tennis matches that are not auto-graded. Events requiring manual review can sometimes take a couple hours to be settled.
We're sorry if any delay caused you to miss another bet, and we'll continue to work hard to grade bets as quickly as possible.
As piccolod mentioned, the Australia-England cricket match takes several days to complete. We will grade all bets on it once it is completed.

To prevent excessive transactions (and fees) we have a minimum withdrawal set at 0.01 BTC. We have never had any issues with this in the past, since our min. bet is 0.005 BTC (and was 0.01 BTC previously). If you have a balance less than that which you need to withdraw, please PM us with your username and we can assist you.

If it is down, it is probably the domain, they also host Bitbook.bz, which is always up, if the main is down. I believe page 49 is where they say it is theirs.
