It's my impression that a few months ago the admin of bitbook was a lot more responsive to the users. Maybe they've gotten too big for their own good, or else something worse is happening. I don't know, just saying they used to be better.

How long does support take to email back? I contacted yesterday about a deposit that has yet to be credited and have yet to get an answer or credit yet. I'm starting to lose faith in this book.
I think support wasn't in the office yesterday.

What is the best way to get onto site? I Still can't get on. Tried clearing cache, typine www.bitbook.biz, tried with chrome and internet explorer. Geez bitbook can you fix this, how can you be legit with this crap?
