I see that you are not very active in this topic but we are going to try anyway.
In the past days I took the 1000 + 500 promotion, that is, I registered through a referral link.

Today I did the test of using the same email and as it was obvious it tells me that it is in use, ok, so why it does not appear when I want to recover my password.

Anyway, I expect some response as efficient as they were for when I was subscribing.
Another thing at all bothers me the situation of the bonus, it bothers me how simple a good support to users can be and it is not done, I just try to help you improve your support.

I still cannot login. Support has never given me a solution, although if you have been answering my emails, I have already sent them all the information requested and they ask me to log in when I can't.
The system does not accept my email or my nickname and when I try to recover my password it tells me that my email does not exist, which is not true as I have shown with the corresponding captures.
Anyway ... it is unheard of for the system to say that my email or nickname does not exist when I just registered and they approved my account and approved the respective Tokens, anyway.
