The visibility of their support (@KARL) is really amazing and for solving what issue happen to them indicates that this is good compare to other shitty casino here.

I don't think those "shitty" casinos that you're referring should learn from them (Bitcasino). Why? Because they know how to resolve those cases. The reason why they don't answer clearly and directly is because they do not want to resolve the issue at all. They want to steal their players' money. Or they just want to delay the process as long as possible.

I think this is just the way that the house edge is supposed to work... you rarely win another big win on the same Slot, just after you have won something big.... but that does not stop people from trying.  Roll Eyes

Maybe there's some miss communication on your part as well with support side that's why you encounter that situation. Maybe try to reach them up again and tell the issue which you think the one credited on your account is not right. From your story, it seems, that the support agent does not understand your problem but he wants to give you another free spin because sometimes, from one agent to another agent, they can not have the same skills to understand the customer's problem so that can lead misunderstanding between the agent and the customer. The worst is customers can judge to the casino does not have competent agents to handle the customer problems.
