But I wonder why only selected user can test out the App? Why not give the link here and a description what's the compatible android version to able use the App or if the version didn't meet the requirement, it will shown as error when you open it.

The IP change so most provably this is the start ot suspicious activities and imvestigation takes times so maybe its not good to use vpn to avoid any hustle regarding on that and its already stated that this one is risky thing to do so maybe lets erase the thoughts upon doing this.
