I think PayPal is just like a digital wallet that we have here on Philippines, it's called Coins.ph. Most of this kinds of wallets restricts sending to or receiving funds from a gambling site. If your account is caught, it could be suspended. I don't know the exact reason, but I do think that's very reasonable. I believe Paypal has the same regulation. Safer to send it to other bitcoin wallet then deposit it to any gambling site like Bitcoincasino.

You guys should not reward inactivity.. but rather reward activity to give credit to people that wager more frequently. It is the active players that are boosting your profits...not the inactive gamblers?

Why not? It is basically a unique reward and I believe bitcasino also give reward to active players.
In other words, casino giving reward for those who have just came back from inactivity is a good way to make the players stays or to invite players who are inactive to come back.
I do believe some other casinos do the same thing, by giving away something like free balance, free spins, etc to their players who are inactive.
All in all, it is one of their marketing strategies IMO.

It is a good strategy, when you are given this type of treatment due to inactivity they are taking into account the age of the player and it is a great way to reward, it is like showing that respect to your clients, I do not see it badly.

Why would seeing this negatively? I dont also see the wrong side of things on offering something to those who came back or simply being inactive for a while.
It is really indeed showing off some nice marketing moves that made those returnees to stick this time around once they do able to take advantage out of those bonuses
or perks on the time that they came back.That'll surely sparks out some interest once again which i do see a good move on the marketing side.
