The only thing asked for that matters is the one suspected launders money that's why they got notification to do the KYC to verify how legitimate their transaction is. Actually there's something illegal things happen inside the physical casino as well there are people has been addicted to much on it that's why some government take an action and roll the casino out on their jurisdiction
