By the end of 2020 the price will be around $13,000 to $14,000, maybe higher. As to why the price is mooning it’s pretty simple, bitcoin seems to move in repeated 4 year cycles, the halving was a few months ago. If you half the supply of a valuable asset then it means it’s more scarce, demand goes up & you see the price go up. We’ve seen epic bull runs before post halving & that is what is going to repeat here.
The price will rise gradually before a face melting, unstoppable price rise in 2021 before hitting a blow off top & then entering a multi year bear market. It’s what happens every time.
Add the above to the fact that governments just keep printing money to try & solve the mess that is covid-19 fall out it drives people away from traditional investments. Fiat savings are worth less & less as national currencies purchasing power becomes less.

I think we can witness 20k mark or higher by the end of this year.
The price will go up and down each day, but the growth factors are very strong. The world economy is shifting towards digital goods and services, the blockchain gets a wider acceptance and trust, because these technologies are getting implemented on govt economy level (digital yuan and others). The bitcoin is slow and has high fees compared to other alternatives, but it will still be widely used as the most trusted and universal crypto coin. I also believe that a lot of other reputable crypto projects will grow too, following the general market trend.
