Next year halving will just result on short term pump when near the halving date then dump again until it corrects if there’s no positive news aside from halving that will happen related to Bitcoin. I witness 2 to 3 halving if I’m not mistaken and it on,y becomes successful because there’s a lot of positive news that time to back up the hype. I don’t consider much a huge a impact if the reason for the pump is just halving because we all know that it’s temporary hype is just the result of traders want to ride the hype then later on sell-off once the price hit the resistance.
Wrong. Halving events don't just lead to temporary hype and history has proven that. Based on the supply and demand logic, BTC tends to go up for quite sometime after a halving event though it may or may not happen immediately.
It does lead to temporary hype because it does not maintain any way else, we can have an eternal bull market. See the Bitcoin chart history, it is that Bitcoin halving is one of the major catalyst of Bitcoin bull market transition but we do know that the price does not steadily go up after the Bitcoin halving, it still fluctuates and sometimes there is a dip in between this market transition.
You are clearly underestimating how beneficial these events can be in the cryptocurrency market.
As the block reward diminishes in every halving, the effect of the hype created by it also decreases. The power of it being the catalyst for Bitcoin bull run also diminishes since in the latter part, the Bitcoin halving effect is ignorable.
