Live support has already answered about your complaint, so what do you expect? If they said that you did not opt-in to the specific promo, you will get the same answer here unless the support agent who answered you made a mistake. I know it is hard to prove that you did opt-in to the cash back promo, but I think the support agent answered you based on the recorded data in their system. Maybe you opt-in to something else or maybe you forget that you did not do it. Next time, make sure that you took a screenshot or do a screen record so you can prove that you do it right.

Maybe he just ask to get more clarification regarding on what happen to him since he expect to be eligible on the promotion but it turns not. Maybe next time he should fullfil all necessary thing or make it sure that he meet on the deadline if there's a date set so that he can qualify next time if there's similar promotion will exist.

How can you assure us that you really click option in button for the promotion while you failed to prove it to the customer support of the casino itself? Do you have screenshots that shows the date when you click the option in button because that’s the only evidence that can help you to win your case assuming that you will not use photoshop on it.
