I don't know if it is provably fair or not, so can't say whether you can verify your bets but when you won, you didn't had anything to complain and now when you have lost all of sudden the site is cheat? I can understand what you're feeling but are you saying that they let you win 2.4 BTC and hoped that you will come back and lose more?? Doesn't makes any sense..

I think it was just bad luck my man!

2 bitcoins is not a big win.

The statistics are alarming

2 btc is great when you just only deposit 0.5 btc that is around 200% winning already so it is worth enough. But sometimes people are just getting greedy thats why you lose all of it. This is just common things when winning big people say this is luck when lose they will blame the site said that they are scam

I deposit small, play aggressive and try to run it up.

4x my deposit is nice but since then.  Noooo

To be honest, when it is not provably fair there is no way anyone knows what is really happening...

May be they are, may be they aren't. My advice is for Blackjack (and Roulette, etc.) please stick to provably fair sites as far as possible.

The fact people still play at these non provably fair sites and use bitcoin in itself is astonishing.  People if u want to be ripped off by casinos that aren't provably fair just use fiat sites.

What kind of advantage player would play online blackjack to clear a bonus?

I can't even get the casino games to load, so I can't look at the details, but I can almost guarantee there are better options than blackjack to clear a bonus.

I don't use anymore their blackjack because I don't like it, but with their roulette I won a lot.

They have straight up stolen from me
So it's not about solving the issue, if there is any...
So it's not about proving their system is/is not provably fair...
So it's not about contacting them and getting in touch with them...
So it's not about you having proof for the Bitcoin gambling community here, that they're actually scam...

It's only about 'ruin there reputation'...

Losing doesn't bother
What bothers me is when a company cheats.

Before saying anything Unjust I would suggest you to Message their support , moreover their official thread is here on BCTalk , You can PM him and say about the incident.
Hope they will not Ruin their Reputation for just 2 BTC.
Till then please Lock the thread.

Losing doesn't bother me as I am an advantage player who moves money around sites on a daily basis.

What bothers me is when a company cheats.

I have taken advantage of there bonuses repeatedly and I have never seen statistics as bad as I have seen with this site since August 7,

That's very usual with these gambling sites , you must know when to stop as these gambling sites are made to suck the Last drop you have , they eventually lure you and then Scam you with what all you have and what they gave you and call them-self as fair.

Hi guys

Just thought I should make this post to assure everyone stays away from this scam site.

They say everything is regulated but it is pretty clear that it is not.

On August 7, I deposited 0.5 btc and cashed out a good amount  (2.4 btc) from running good in the live casino.

Since then, I have made 10 deposits for a total of 5 btc.

During this time, I have mainly used the computer blackjack due to being on the mobile site.  In this aspect, t shows what cheats these guys are.

I have played over 1000 hands of blackjack.  Since I cashed out, I have won just 29% of the hands including 25% on double downs.

I have had a situation where I could double with a 10 or 11 126 times.  I got a face card in this situation just 29 times.  The most common card was 7,

The dealer has been in the same situation 153 times with a 10 or 11, and received a face cars 93 times.

It's amazing what has happened after I won
