The guy said he used NO bonuses. It's so easy for any casino to calm multiple accounts and put together fake evidence. I can see if a bonus is involved, but the OP stated he used his own funds. I think you all should pay him and not be petty when no bonuses were used.
Have you actually read the reply? This is not about bonus abuse but about double-spending...
What do you think if the member creates multiple accounts? They come without purpose to take advantage of promos or bonuses.
They come for betting use own money,  not to stealing.

Hello,

I've been in talks with our security team about this case and we've recently been in touch with the user by email.

User has breached the rule 5.19 from our T&C's:

Quote
If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you are using the “Double Spend“ methodology, Bitcasino.io shall void all bets and winnings. Specifically, if you win, then confirm your deposit on the Blockchain and attempt to withdraw, all winnings will be confiscated and your account will be closed permanently. We shall also exercise this right where similar activities are attempted from any connected accounts.

From our side this case is considered to be closed.

Cheers,
Karl

Always the same - thanks for the update Karl!

People abusing and then complaining afterwards - you can take 95% of all those so called "scam complaints" and just insta-respond they abused the system.

I hope so. As I got, their security department works only few hours in a day. They reply only at 9:30 am GMT.
It's not okay to wait 1 week to withdraw so little amount with already verificated account with 2 different steps.
Support in chat cannot help me, they have no info about security team.
I'm just waiting for my win and they reply 1 time in 24-48 hours.
If your case resolve, please clarify here... Then I have 1 reqeust... according the case you detected has multi account.. You should ask them about what's kind "data / username" connected with your account. To make all clear.

They’ll resolve it, I’m 100% certain of that unless you’re found guilty to be multi accounting or some other breach of T&C’s.

Copied from your other post -

Hey, check my topic, before playing there.
Bitcasino.io doesn't paying 1,149 BTC.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5217060.new#new

bitcasino.io are the sister company of sportsbet.io who are the main shirt sponsor of English Premier League football team Watford FC. They’re a multi, multi million pound corporation & are not going to scam you fir such a trivial amount.

btw, I think you need to change "," to "." (Here and on his ANN thread) Now it looks like they don't pay you one thousand+ BTC, purely to avoid confusion.
It's quite common in a lot of countries (predominantly within Europe, Africa and South America) to use "," as the decimal divider: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Decimal_separator#Countries_using_decimal_comma

Judging by the screenshot earlier, OP is from Belarus... which uses "," Wink Yes, it is confusing to us "decimal point" people... but using the "." would be just as confusing to the OP Tongue

surely you didn't have any more accounts?
Probably they can track your IP or cookies, and if you use more than one account they have right refused to withdraw and block an account because of his TOS.

I don't think this forum can help more you since the ann thread of bitcasino.io is locked and its representative/owner account is not active anymore.

But this is the best way to let the community know.

I suggest following the scam report format here to emphasize enough your issue.

They have a new thread: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bitcasino-elevate-your-gameplay-1-vip-crypto-casino-4541166

No i never play there before it!
I wrote to Bitcasino.io Support waiting now.

OK, we will see what they will say about this situation. As I know, Sportsbet.io is from the same owner. I follow his thread and I don't think they can't pay 1btc if you win.

It's good that you a publicising this case here. Their original account has already been tagged for dubious practises by Stunna and Lauda: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=207035;dt

I see they have a new account which also got tagged: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=2087138;dt

You might also want to try filing a complaint on askgamblers.com: https://www.askgamblers.com/submit-complaint
They might be able to act as a mediator to see why bitcasino.io believe that you are possibly "multi-accounting". Most likely it's a multiple connections from the same IP address situation.

Ah, I see you posted there already, but I suggest to pm their support directly to reply on this thread - Bitcasino.io Support

Bitcasino has too many complains about their scammy act, so I hope you can resolve this issue with them.

Yap that's the old ANN thread, the new one is still active and the representative is still active (last online on 10th this month). Their signature campaign is still running as far as I can see, so there is still a hope for OP to get in touch with the representative to talk about the issue.
Better to send a personal message to the new representative account or maybe try to get in touch with the campaign manager as I believe the campaign manager has a better way to communicate with the admin of bitcasino.

Hello everyone,
I made a deposit ( 0,122 btc ) 10.01.20. I played w/o any bonuses. I got some nice winnings and my total amount after session is 1.149 btc. I made a cashout request and was told that they have to check my game with provider. After this check they filled my email with same messages in Spanish and English. In this messages they asked me to send them documents, i did it and they asked me to proceed online verification. I did it and was waiting till their reply almost 2 days. Then they asked me if i have any other accounts in their casino, i replied them with negative answer. And now they ignore me.
