Its not because you lose your bet it doesnt mean that they are scammers. But anyways sorry for your lose though that amount is not huge enough not just like other gamblers lose 10btc above.
They are not a scam. I've been playing with them since 2015 I think (late that year). I've won plenty of times, I've always had prompt withdraws with no lame excuses and I've received my VIP bonus gift once.
7 losses in a row is a bummer but I've had more than that playing different games at all sorts of gambling sites.

I think some gamblers are experience worst than your's that actually they can lose streak 10 times lose using martingale.. So i think if you gamble again with dice game better to don't use martingale strategy that can drain your money fast better to play just a normal without using martingale strategy and play just for fun..

7th lose on double is nothing. You should expect in to happens 1 per every 128 bets.
They are not be blamed if you risk too much.

Never tried the site or heard that site why many bitcoin site right now are not well known but they are alive for a long time.. not posted too here in forum or maybe its a long time posted and not updating.. If you are using the martingale strategy and lose in 7 bet using martingale it means martingale is not working.. since martingale strategy is not guaranteed that you can make a good profit if you are not lucky will not win the game..

Did you believe that Martingale is a 100% win? There are lots of Casino players here suggest to not rely on martingale method since it will do you more harm than good. Aside from that if you visit other casino and try to play with the same method, you will also experience the same or probably more losing streak. You can also search this forum on why martingale method is not advisable. And losing a certain streak does not mean the casino is a scam unless you have proven that they are not provably fair and that their games are rigged.

Aside from which casinos you played at, saying a site is a scam just because you lost few bucks on martingale is kinda funny. You cant accuse a site is a scam just because you lose, but blame yourself why you play with the money that you cant afford to lose.
Talking about the site where you lose your money, there are many negative feedback against them. Why you put your money there?
It seems there are threads saying that Bitcasino.io is a scam prior to this one. I done a little research and I see this topic here in Bitcointalk.org

And there is also some accusation that their games are rigged well that was way back 2014 so probably they already fixed that stuff. But in fairness with Bitcasino.io, martingale is not a proven method to win in any dice games, and 7 losses in a row is too little compare to those who have more than 15 losing streak using martingale system.

Do you guys even do research before blindly putting money on the casinos ? Bitcasino.io,sportsbet.io and vegascasinio.io are scams running in the bitcoin gambling business.Please spread awareness.Stop playing there.

Unfortunately, martingale is not a guaranteed win system. Losing streaks are bound to happen at one point and using martingale you risk losing it all for minimal profit.
7 losses is not even a lot to be honest. Wait untill you hit a 10-15 loss streak and complain about the cost with martingale then.
