Honestly what has kept me from playing your casino is the fact that the bonuses exclude the playing of Video poker, roulette and blackjack. My suggestion would be to consider adding a % contribution from each game instead of excluding them entirely. Ive seen some casinos do 15-25% for games like roulette. The bettor would just have to gamble that much more to actually hit the rollover. I would really like to see this happen, i would love to play your casino. Just my opinion.

The calculation you provided is a bit incorrect, due not counting possible splits. This means you always get lower odds due to split calculation and on tie you get payout according to you bet / odd. In that case house edge is:
5% for lotteries and Dice
8% for poker (except starting odds)
In that fact making a bet on pre-flop is less profitable than after dealer shows 3 first cards.
Nothing changes on tie with two best hands - you get what you should get on this odd, due to splits are evaluated while calculating odds.
