Hey, just wanted to thank Bitcasino for their excellent support, near instant withdrawals and give a shout out to the VIP team too.  I've seen a few comments about their new free spins bonuses... and I thought I would add my 2 cents

I agree playing 50, 100 or 200 free spins at 0.01 mbtc per line is exhausting, especially when you normally play on bitcasino at much more per spin. I did extraordinarily well on the bitcasino first free spins bonus. I deposited 55mbtc and won about 165mbtc from the very first free spins bonus which was boring about after spin 50, until I hit big twice.  I think the money farm was the most exhausting for me with 200 spins at 0.05mbtc per spin for the 5 lines.  After about 30-45 minutes of autoplaying the spins, I had only gained 10mbtc.

Having said the above, I actually really like the bitcasino free spins bonus because there is no wager requirement (rollover) for these wins on these spins.  So on the day I won 165mbtc or the day I won 10mbtc, I could have done a withdrawal right after I played the free spins and would have had the coins almost instantly.  There does not appear to be a max cashout from the free spins either.

A rollover and max cashout are common on almost every other casino I've played at and its usually hard to complete the rollover.  Then, when you do manage to complete the rollover, you have a limit on how much you can withdraw.  To me, this is a definite wining bonus as you get something for nothing (except some time).  If you dont withdraw and instead lose it all, and then get upset about it, maybe try another casino or consider another hobby that is more fun in your opinion.  The lighting fast withdrawals and the great support have kept me coming back and I've been playing here for 2 years now.

Don't you think your promo needs too many steps to do? People like easy and no so many complex steps, it is for better user experience.

Well I got back my 1BTC in losses from the past two weeks today Never a problem in getting paid and as always lightning quick. But I'd really like to know how the cash drops are drawn. No provably fair, no way to know if its random or not but after not getting a cash prize in 25 straight draws when there is 10 prizes for cash and only 60 people I find it hard to believe its anything but random especially when over and over the same known high rollers consistently get top 2-3 prizes. To anyone starting at bitcasino and being fascinated by the number of giveaways they seem to have please for God's sake once read those rules and terms and conditions behind them.

Because the last I got was some deposit bonus and it did nothing good rather killed my deposit also making it to wager like 350 times ( and on roulette they count 10% or something each bet ) and literally was impossible to do that.

Why you guys have such giveaways when you really want to not give money away rather you seem to just snatch what user even deposited.

I kid you not i had a session of the free bj where i lost all 10 hands in a row. The shit isn't random whatsoever. When playing notice every time you take a hit. If the hit card pauses for a while before it comes out. It will either be a bust card or a card to give you 21. Anyone other hit card will come out normal. Its the final result card that will pause if its either a bust or 21 card. This is with all the PFBJ games

I know the free spin promotions are pretty pathetic because as you said the free spins are on the lowest possible amount and maybe if you lucky net a couple bucks. At least the winnings are wager free and theres no max cashout bs like other sites that give free spins. Also I'm glad that they finally have introduced micro amounts on the game art slots. Not that I play them much but it was ridiculous before that the minimum bets on some of them were $3-4.

Bring back the 100% deposit bonuses.

Few issues I have:

-Raffles. What happened to the provably fair system that was used. In the drawings how are the winners picked? There is no video of it or any proof its random whatsoever.

-NetEnt slots. This was brought up a while back with a lame excuse of currency conversion. Basically their NetEnt slots take 1c extra every second spin. They are making a killing on this. Every 100 spins the player makes on a NetEnt slot BitCasino is making an extra 50c that they shouldn't be.

-Free Blackjack bets from raffle prizes: If the player pushes the hand the free bet is lost. No do over. I had one set of free blackjack bets where I pushed 20 a few times and instead of getting to place the bet again I lose it.

It's really pathetic you deposit 10 mBTC get 20 free spins on the lowest bet possible on the worst slots possible and maybe end up with 12 mBTC total balance (some MAY get lucky and win, but majority will only get small wins). The goal is that you only win a few mBTC. Afterward let temptation make you lose your entire balance playing other games.

These guys got to give it up.
