It happened last year and you make it right as the price had reached at almost $20k. But this year it's a different story as we can't see any sign of a bullish market. Maybe a $10k before the end of this year is good enough to make us happy.

That year is great for all of us because we reach a highest price of bitcoin that year and now that bitcoin is below the price I think we should be thankful because its stable. Hopefully we reach a good price again maybe not this time but in next few months

Don't forget that while the price is maintaining stable in the last months, there are being many improvements in the ecosystem not only for bitcoin but for the crypto in general. Weak hands are less and less as time goes by, and many big players (institutional? whatever) are gaining interest in the crypto-sphere.

So who knows, I still hope for huge short term capital inflow to make us go XXx.

IMO, bitcoin can only reach up to 9,000$ this year considering its slumping status for almost a year. Some experts prediction already failed as they predict a bull run to start the 4th quarter. So with all of that, i expect that bitcoin will only reach 9,000$ this year.
