No chance that we will see $15000. the price moved downward from 11.000 to 9.500$ so I guess New Years party is almost finishing. Interesting and long 2018. is waiting for all of us, next year will be full of fear and capitulation.....
It will be hard but it is very possible in the beginning of 2018. It will be happen in near future. I am very exciting
It won't be 15000 , surely it will be more than $20000 the next year . Actually seems a correction and is back to 9800$ but we hope that it will last maximum 2 days.

By mid-2018 Bitcoin's price will not rise to $ 15,000. Bitcoin still has a lot of ways and speculators are still playing games on Bitcoin. We saw this again two hours ago.
The market is quite fluctuating. That's why it's getting harder to comment. But I think that progress will take place in 2018.
No, it's incredible that in almost two hours bitcoin has experienced a fall of nearly 20 percent. For the first time I've been through something like this, I've never seen anything like it before.
well lets wait and see where we end the week. I would not mind BTC slowing down a bit as I am one of those fools currently not holding any bitcoin. In my defense Raiden did also very well since ICO but those long running like Icon and wanchain you really have to factor in how quickly the market is growing.
Bitcoin has now hit the 10K mark and it's not even the end of the year yet. It looks very promising, so people expect to see the price rising up to 15K. However, if CME launches Bitcoin futures, the price will drop. Traders would like a stabilized price. If the price droos to 5K, it's time to buy again. Because the price will rise to 15K indeed, only not this year, it's more likely that will happen in March 2018.
The speed at which Bitcoin is growing every day surprises me. But in my opinion, in the near future, will be a good correction of Bitcoin in the area 8000-9000$. And then rise again.
The pull back has already started and seemed inevitable from bitcoin shooting up past 11k, it is now at around 9500-10000 and as you said I wouldn't be surprised to see it 8000-9000. The gains in the last week or so were just too much and too much in anticipation of futures and new money in to the market. It will surely serve as a good lesson of the volatility in bitcoin to some of the new money coming in.

Yeah, I agree. $15000 by this year seems abit impossible unless the price keeps climbing without any retracement, or CME listing make a jump climb.

If Bitcoin hit $15k this year, then we will likely see BTC at $100k during the next halving, I expect a pull back after the launch of the coming BTC futures launch in December

If its true, it mean it grow 50% of the recent price. Its high increase.

Honestly man, I don't know. The way things have been going, it just might. With CME is set to open up trading next month, $15k is definitely not out of the question.

Doesn't seem very likely considering that it didn't retract at all after cracking $10,000 and even $11,000. Who knows if there'll even be any reversal at all or if we're actually entering a new market. At this rate alts will have to start pumping regardless of what BTC does. hope it drops back around that range eventually so I can buy back in!

I agree. I am not being negative, but 15k is such a high amount to reach in a month's time. However, it's funny because just a week ago the value of bitcoin is just in the 6k mark, and now, it's in the 10k mark. That pace of increase has never been seen before, and it's so staggering that it's just so unbelievable. But, on the one hand, that's how bitcoin is. It's value may rise and fall that quick. It would turn out great though if it would reach the 15k mark.
So, now Bitcoin will be 10K very soon. We see the trendline just going up, there's no stopping Bitcoin now. But I think when futures are introduced the traders will try to stabilize the price, which might cause a fall to maybe 5K. That should be the moment to buy and hold. Because the price for sure will go up again and in march next year bitcoin will hit 15K.

So many traders fall to same mistake again and again. Because you cant control your greed and wanna to grab every penny from market. Dont fall to traps like: this is the top, let's sell and buy back cheap 
Seems like one will regret any action in crypto market except holding
